Welcome to JustStart (the "App"). This Terms of Service (the "Terms") governs your use of the App and establishes the legal relationship between you and JustStart. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Service Scope
2.1 Basic Features

Provides core functionalities including auto goal breakdown and task check-in.Note: Basic features are generally available free of charge, subject to the App’s on-screen display.
2.2 Premium Membership Service
•
Users may purchase a premium membership to access select advanced features.
•
Premium features may include, but are not limited to: unlimited goal breakdowns, cross-device cloud sync, comprehensive data analytics, and all future advanced features (unless otherwise specified).
•
Membership pricing and subscription periods are subject to the App’s on-screen display.
•
Membership fees are generally non-refundable upon purchase, unless required by applicable law.
•
Membership services are set to auto-renew by default; users may cancel auto-renewal via iTunes.
3. User Obligations

Comply with all applicable national laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement.
2.
Refrain from using the App for any illegal activities or purposes.
3.
Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all information provided when using the App.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
•
The App does not require registration or login to use.
•
It does not collect location data, contacts, address book information, or any other personal data.
•
All user data is stored locally on your device only and will not be uploaded to any external servers.
5. Premium Membership Rules

Membership services are billed on a periodic basis, with specific rates subject to the App’s on-screen display.
2.
Upon purchasing a membership, users agree to pay the applicable fees. Membership will auto-renew unless canceled by the user.

No refunds will be issued for unused membership duration following cancellation, unless required by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer

The AI-powered goal breakdown feature is a supplementary tool only. Results are generated by algorithms and are for reference purposes only.
•
Users shall independently assess and assume all risks associated with the use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
•
The App and all its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
•
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the App or its content is strictly prohibited.
8. Agreement Modifications
•
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
•
Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
